30-Day Return Guarantee
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if:
- The product is defective or damaged
- The item received is incorrect
- The product does not match its description
To be eligible, items must be:
- In their original condition
- Returned with original packaging and accessories
How to Request a Return

Include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos or videos (if applicable)
Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions.
Return Shipping
- If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect → return shipping is covered by us
- For all other return reasons → return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange, please contact us first.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, the order may already be processed and shipped.
Late or Missing Refunds
